Justin Smith Architects are an Interdisciplinary Practice, offering core services in Architecture, Masterplanning, Interior Design and Landscape Design.

Format

The format of our core services usually follow the RIBA plan of work stages protocol, but can be tailored to suit specific project needs. We offer a full or partial service for all projects covering land and building surveys; feasibility studies; defining client brief’s; concept designs; dealing with planning and other statutory applications; technical drawings; recommending contractors; dealing with building regulations; tender packages; preparing building contracts; managing the form of contract and issuing of certificates.

Complementary Services  Graphic Design  CGI

Justin Smith Architects offer many additional complementary services to suit projects. Our graphic design services cover building or directional signage; site sign boards; or corporate identities, brochures, stationery and websites. Our CGI services (Computer Generated Images – 3d) range from a basic sketch model to a photo realistic image or animated fly-through. In addition we also offer SAP energy calculations; Energy Performance Certificate’s or Council of Mortgage Lenders format Professional Consultant’s Certificates for new build homes.
