This project comprised of a new shop front; an extension to the rear to increase the retail space and create offices, toilets and staff rooms; remodelling of the interior retail areas; remodelling of the first floor apartment; plus a second floor extension to the rear to create an additional let-able apartment. We were engaged under full services.
